I trained with Michael for around 8 months before I moved away. And during those months we had a lot of fun and he certainly was a hard task master! But the results were there; I dropped 2 dress sizes and changed my shape completely. He really focused on the areas that needed work.
Aside from being fitter I continued eating cleanly and sustained my life change on my own with what I had learnt.

I was 127 kg when we started, out of shape and on hypertension medication. For the following year I was a fit and strong 114-117kg until I changed my goal to be lean. I went completely off my blood pressure medication last year, change my eating plan and now I’m 100kg ripped and have strong lean muscle!
